I find the following sites are very helpful with tips/tricks/strategy/event guides/etc:Īnd of course, the Forums and Wiki hold lots of good info. With the comeback of the glorious Elvenar, a new era draws near!Įlvenar’s wasteland begins to flourish again, turning back into the thriving region it was many millennia ago. I also use the Elven Architect program ( ) to help plan and rearrange for optimum placement and expansion. I personally force myself to reserve at least some space for that emergency situation (what ever it may be). Space is the most precious commodity of the game. I know others have differing opinions on this topic. Yes, negotiation is expensive, but I personally found fighting to be worthless to gain expansions and got tired of wasting resources on troops. This means you must get to that chapter/technology and advance at least one Armory to a breeding ground (lvl 23) to be able to produce Orcs in order to explore further. But be careful, the devs put in a roadblock at a certain point that you need Orcs to negotiate further out on the world map. I choose to explore (negotiate rather then fight) to gain my expansions. ![]() Getting back to goals, if you choose to get that next expansion, focus on what it takes to do that. Be aware, that running your own fellowship is VERY time consuming and can be a true challenge (in my view, an awesome dimension of the game). Fellows are an awesome resource in their own right and can really get you out of tight spots (from a resource point of view, advice, or simply support). (BTW, if you are not in a fellowship, join one, or create your own. Wait for the next time round and be prepared with the necessary info/goods/strategies to be successful. If not ready for something like an event, tournament, fellowship adventure then do not attempt to work on that, it will only drain your resources and create frustration. Stick to that specific goal until lit is complete then choose wisely for the next goal. Pick one (or at the very most a couple of) specific goal(s) at a time. This game is really about priorities and patience. Hope it helps a bit, if you have more specific questions or something else to ask, many people around those forums are happy to help. Your city could be redesigned for more optimal use of space. Also browse that gems of knowledge site for basic strategy. ![]() If you're unsure what boosted goods mean, check out this Ĥ. When you are able to trade, you can delete your non-boosted factories (marble and planks) and build more steel as it should be easier for you to get than the other two. You need more steel manufactories, perhaps even deleting a workshop for it would be helpful (I'm not sure how many supplies you have there so it's hard to assess). I assume we're talking about your Arendyll city, where your boost is steel. Bigger players often clear up all small offers to help.ģ. If quantities you see in the trader are too big, post your own offers in quantities you want. You can start looking for Fellowship here on the forum.Ģ. Some Fellowships help small players by selling them materials with discounts, and even without it more trade partners will be beneficial. ![]()
